We ship worldwide! However, please note we cannot deliver to some Asian countries and remote areas. Our customer service team can provide specific information about your location.

📅 Return Window: 15 days from delivery date

🏷️ Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached

🚚 Return Shipping: Customer responsible for return shipping costs

💳 Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)

💰 Refund Information

Timeline & Method

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The refund will appear on your statement based on your financial institution’s processing times:

💳 Visa/MasterCard/JCB: 3-5 additional business days after we process the refund

📱 PayPal: Typically appears within 24 hours of our processing

What’s Covered in Refunds

We refund the item cost and any applicable sales tax. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

🚫 Important Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items:

• Apple Cider and any other consumable products
• Opened or used pet treats and edible items
• Items from final sale or clearance sections

All other fashion items like our Cable Knit Sweaters, Dog Bucket Hats, Fabric Leashes, and accessories from collections like Barbie™️ Malibu, Aurora, and Baby Got Black are returnable within the 15-day window if in original condition.

🔄 Exchange Policy

We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. If the item you want is out of stock, we’ll process a refund instead. Exchanges follow the same process as returns. Please indicate your preferred exchange item clearly in your return request.
